Two Separate Stages

A merchandise order runs through two systems with different responsibilities. Starpolar presents and markets the products; browsing and building a cart happens on starpolar.app. Fourthwall sells the products to the customer and receives payment. Checkout, order management, statutory withdrawal, and fulfilment happen on checkout.starpolar.app, operated by Fourthwall, Inc. as seller and merchant of record. The sections below separate the two.

On starpolar.app

The shop pages store a cart identifier in your browser so the cart survives a reload. It stays on your device, holds no name, address, or payment data, and is only sent to the shop platform to retrieve the matching cart contents.

Website analytics load only with your consent and are cookieless and aggregated. You can change your choices using “Cookie settings” in the footer. No profile is built and no advertising identifier is set. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Data Overview.

Starpolar® does not receive your payment details at any point.

At Checkout

To fulfil an order, checkout collects the data a delivery requires:

• Name and email address
• Shipping address and, where required by the carrier, a phone number
• Payment information, entered directly with the payment provider
• Order details such as items, amount, currency, and date
• Support, cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, and complaint records, including the content, date, and time of an online withdrawal statement

Starpolar® can see order and fulfilment information needed to run the shop, but not full payment credentials.

Processors and Third Parties

• Fourthwall, Inc. — seller and merchant of record; shop platform, checkout, order management, withdrawal processing, fulfilment, returns, and refunds
• Payment providers — card processing, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional methods
• Production and shipping partners — manufacture and delivery of the physical item
• Analytics on the checkout domain, operated by the platform under its own privacy policy

International Transfers

Fourthwall, Inc. is based in the United States, and order data is processed there and in other countries where its partners operate. These countries may have different data protection standards than your country of residence. Transfers are made on the legal bases the platform sets out in its own privacy policy, which is presented at checkout.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as it is needed for the order and for as long as tax, accounting, and warranty obligations require. Cart identifiers expire on their own and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
