Who Sells What

Starpolar® designs the collection, runs the shop pages on starpolar.app, and is responsible for the product presentation you see here. The purchase contract itself is not concluded with Starpolar®: when you continue to checkout, Fourthwall, Inc. acts as merchant of record and becomes your contractual counterparty for the order.

Fourthwall, Inc., PO Box 5696, Santa Monica, CA 90405, United States, handles checkout, payment processing, transaction taxes, production, fulfilment, shipping, order support, statutory withdrawal, returns, and refunds. Starpolar® receives a share of the sale and has no access to your full payment credentials.

Scope of This Page

This page summarises the arrangement in plain language so you can read the essentials without leaving starpolar.app. The legally binding Fourthwall Merchandise Terms are presented at checkout; where this summary and those terms differ, the terms shown at checkout apply to the purchase contract, subject to mandatory consumer law.

The Starpolar® Terms of Service cover the app and the website. They do not govern merchandise orders.

Who Is Responsible for What

• Fourthwall: seller and merchant of record; contracting, checkout, payment, transaction taxes, order confirmation, production, delivery, order support, cancellation, withdrawal, returns, refunds, and statutory remedies for the merchandise purchase.
• Starpolar: presents and markets the products, creates the collection concept and designs, and forwards the cart to Fourthwall checkout. Starpolar does not sell the products or receive the customer payment.
• Fulfilment and payment partners: act for Fourthwall to manufacture, ship, or process payment. They do not replace Fourthwall as the seller.

This allocation does not remove any mandatory duty that applicable law places on either party. Starpolar will cooperate with Fourthwall and will forward a merchandise complaint or withdrawal notice that reaches us by mistake.

Ordering and Payment

Adding an item to the cart is not an order. The order is placed at checkout, after the final price, shipping options, taxes, and any duties have been displayed.

Accepted payment methods depend on your location and typically include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional providers such as Klarna. The available options are shown at checkout.

Prices on starpolar.app are indicative and may exclude shipping, taxes, and import duties. The amount shown at checkout before you confirm is the amount that is charged.

Made to Order

Items are produced on demand rather than shipped from stock. Production usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and delivery time is added on top. Details are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Intellectual Property

Starpolar® is a registered trademark. The designs, artwork, product photography, and copy in the collection belong to Starpolar® and are licensed to you for personal use of the physical item only. Buying a product does not grant rights to reproduce, resell in a commercial context, or use the designs in your own products.

Your Consumer Rights

The terms presented at checkout are drafted under United States law. If you order as a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies regardless of that choice of law. A choice-of-law clause cannot remove statutory rights you would have without it.

EU consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from purchases of standard, non-personalised goods. Fourthwall receives and processes the withdrawal as the seller. You usually pay the direct return-shipping cost. Details, deadlines, refunds, and statutory exceptions are explained on the Shipping & Returns page.

Goods sold in the EU have a legal guarantee of at least two years. Depending on the case, non-conforming goods qualify for free repair or replacement, a price reduction, or reimbursement. Fourthwall is the seller responsible for these rights. See the official harmonised EU notice. Neither this page nor the checkout terms limit mandatory consumer rights.

Online Withdrawal Function

Where applicable consumer law requires an online withdrawal function, Fourthwall is responsible as the seller for making it prominently and continuously available during the withdrawal period on the relevant order-management, order-status, or similar checkout page. It must let you identify yourself and the affected order, submit the withdrawal, and receive an electronic acknowledgement on a durable medium.

Use the order-management or order-status link in your Fourthwall confirmation email and select the withdrawal option shown there. The function is an additional route: you may still make any other clear withdrawal statement permitted by law. If the function is unavailable, contact Fourthwall immediately through the shop support page or at contact@support.checkout.starpolar.app, and copy hello@starpolar.app so we can document and escalate the issue.

For Austrian consumers, the online withdrawal-function requirements in § 13a FAGG apply from 1 October 2026. The function and Fourthwall's legally required consumer information at checkout form part of Fourthwall's sales process; Starpolar does not disable, obscure, or replace them.

Order-specific questions — delivery status, damaged items, refunds — go to Fourthwall, Inc. support through your order confirmation email or the Shipping & Returns page, which is the fastest route because they hold the order data.
