Your Seller and Order Contact
Fourthwall, Inc. is the seller and merchant of record for merchandise ordered through the Starpolar shop. It holds the order record and handles payment, fulfilment, delivery support, cancellations, statutory withdrawal, returns, replacements, and refunds. Starpolar designs and presents the collection but is not the seller of Fourthwall catalogue products.
For an order request, use the order-management or support link in the Fourthwall confirmation email, the shop support page, or contact@support.checkout.starpolar.app.
Production and Delivery
Every item is made to order. Fourthwall, Inc. and its fulfilment partners produce, pack, and ship each physical order on demand. Production usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and delivery time is added afterward.
A tracking link is emailed once the order has shipped. If the tracking email has not arrived within a few days of the expected dispatch, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
Destinations, Taxes, and Duties
International shipping is available. Available destinations, shipping methods, final shipping costs, and taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
For deliveries outside your customs union, import taxes and duties may be charged on arrival by the carrier or the customs authority. These are not included in the checkout total unless it says so explicitly, and they are payable by the recipient.
Framed prints cannot be delivered to Australia because of wood-import restrictions. Availability for a specific product and destination is confirmed at checkout.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
Use the link in your confirmation email as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Because items are made to order, changes may no longer be possible after production begins. This practical production limit does not restrict a statutory right of withdrawal or your rights if goods are defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, report it promptly. Fourthwall's supplier-defect policy generally provides a 30-day reporting route. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, taken on a flat, well-lit surface. Fourthwall reviews the case and handles any approved replacement or refund.
The 30-day support route is an additional service and does not shorten statutory warranty or conformity rights. Return costs for a valid defect claim are not charged to you where the law or Fourthwall's policy requires Fourthwall to bear them.
EU Right of Withdrawal: 14 Days
If you order as a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of standard, non-personalised goods without giving a reason. Tell Fourthwall clearly that you are withdrawing within 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. The fact that an item is produced only after you order it does not by itself remove this right.
Use Fourthwall's online withdrawal function through the order-management or order-status link in your confirmation email where it is offered. Where the law requires that function, Fourthwall is responsible as seller for keeping it prominent and continuously accessible throughout the withdrawal period. The flow must let you provide your name, identify the order, choose where the acknowledgement is sent, confirm the withdrawal, and receive an acknowledgement containing the submission and its date and time on a durable medium.
You can also send any other clear statement to contact@support.checkout.starpolar.app or through the Fourthwall shop support page. Include your name, order number, the item or order you are withdrawing from, your email address, and an unambiguous statement that you withdraw. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. Keep the acknowledgement or a copy of your message.
After giving notice, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice, using the return address and instructions Fourthwall provides. Do not send goods to Starpolar or to a guessed return address.
You pay the direct cost of return shipping. Fourthwall refunds the product price and the cost of its least expensive standard delivery; any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Fourthwall may wait until it receives the goods or proof that you sent them. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
For Austrian consumers, the online withdrawal-function requirements in § 13a FAGG apply from 1 October 2026. If the required function is missing or inaccessible, use the written route above immediately and copy hello@starpolar.app so Starpolar can escalate the issue to Fourthwall.
Other Change-of-Mind Returns and Sizing
Outside a statutory withdrawal right, Fourthwall does not generally accept made-to-order returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. For a valid EU withdrawal, Fourthwall must reimburse the legally required amount without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, but may withhold reimbursement for goods until it receives them or proof that they were sent back. The time taken by a bank or payment provider to display the credit can vary.

Order-related requests go to contact@support.checkout.starpolar.app, through the shop support page, or through the link in your order confirmation email, because Fourthwall holds the order and fulfilment records.
